Parents, the Hot Lunch Program needs your assistance. Weekly, biweekly and monthly volunteers would be greatly appreciated. If you are available to volunteer, please call (949) 661-4804 or e-mail lunch@smes.org.
There are exciting new menu options: On Tuesdays, Subway turkey sandwiches, and on Wednesdays, Sapphire Laguna cheeseburgers and hamburgers. The veggie quesadilla will be removed from the menu in April.
Please note: March 15 is the deadline to make or change your order for April.

In order to conduct essential maintenance work, SDG&E will shut down power to the neighborhood, including St. Margaret’s, for about 12 hours from 8 p.m. Friday evening.
The telephone system will be shut down at 6:30 p.m., and Technology will shut down our computer systems around 6:30 p.m. There will be no server access, Web site access, e-mail, Angel or VPN until the work is completed. The Tartan Today Web site is offsite and will continue to operate. Thank you for your patience during this important maintenance process.

1. Sign and date the reenrollment contract (both parents/legal guardians must sign).
2. Complete and sign the Tuition Payment Options form. If selecting the 10-Payment Plan, complete and sign the automatic withdrawal authorization on the back of the form.
3. Preschool families only: complete the Enrollment Preference form and enter the appropriate tuition amounts on page 1 of the contract.
4. Write a check payable to St. Margaret’s Episcopal School for the deposit according to the re-enrollment contract.

Last Friday we announced to Lower School faculty and parents that Dr. Regina McDuffie will be the permanent Principal of the Lower School effective immediately. We are thrilled with her decision and feel this is in the very best interest of the school. This move does have some all-school implications, but we feel that the situation is quite different from two years ago when Dr. McDuffie served as the Interim Lower School Principal for the entire year. St. Margaret’s “Lemon Aid”—Helping the Victims of the Haiti Earthquake

We are all deeply concerned by the situation in Haiti, and many members of our community have asked how and what our St. Margaret’s Episcopal School community will do to support the vast and increasing needs of the Haitian people in this terrible tragedy.

he PTF Hot Lunch Program would like to announce the following additions to the Hot Lunch Menu, starting March 1.
Sapphire Grill is introducing an all-natural beef hamburger and cheeseburger (with American cheese) to the Hot Lunch Menu on Wednesdays.
Subway is introducing a turkey sandwich with or without cheese on Tuesdays.
February 15 is the deadline to order any of the new items. To order, log on to the Hot Lunch order form.
